Job Description:
Focuses on the inside of the vehicle, the design of the human space including basic vehicle dimensions, ergonomics, functionality / features, seating, electronics, and color / materials. Will propose this space using a variety of 2D and 3D methods including sketches, section models, clay models, CAD models and fully functional actual mock-ups that represent the interior of the vehicle. This position works closely with the exterior designers, manufacturing and development engineers and modelers / fabricators. |
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline with an emphasis on Transportation Design with strong design skills. Must have good planning, organizational, communication and computer skills. |
