Job Description:
Responsibilities include testing of ATV and Motorcycle systems for vehicle performance. This would include the following areas: engine cooling, heat management and carburetor settings. Additional responsibilities will include test coordination/scheduling, test vehicle maintenance, component modification and installation, test set-up, data acquisition, development and implementation of countermeasures, completing and presenting final reports, meeting schedule deadlines and project coordination. |
Job Requirements:
BSME degree and 1-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Powersports industry required. ATV/Motorcycle riding experience desired. Candidate must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and have experience with modifying/tuning internal combustion engines, fabrication of components and operating a dynamometer. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software), excellent communication/interpersonal and strong mechanical aptitude skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required. |
