Job Description:
Responsibilities include analysis of various market information to be used for investigating market problems and provide feedback on new model developments. Candidate will establish and conduct activities to prevent future market problems, create and maintain quality related databases, organize overall market information by vehicle or category, plan and implement future quality strategies, create reports and present results as needed, and work with development teams on quality related development activities.
Job Requirements:
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science and minimum of 8 years of quality related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of quality related issues in all categories of automotive components (Interior, Body, Chassis, Exterior, Electrical, Engine and Transmission) and experience with JD Power Survey information desired. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required..
