Job Description: Responsibilities will include reviewing resumes and interviewing qualified candidates (Coordinating the interview process-screen candidates, set up interviews for hiring managers, conduct interview, benefits/relocation overview and facility tours). Additional responsibilities include coordination of Contingent workforce (timesheets, phone screens, orientation and exit procedures), updating and maintaining internal/external job postings, attending job fairs and investigating new innovative recruitment and sourcing methods. Candidate will also assist with diversity recruiting efforts and other HR related projects as needed. Position will include approximately 10-30% travel to career fairs, meetings, conferences and seminars. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required. |
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing/interviewing
for entry-level and senior-level Engineering positions or equivalent combination of education and experience required..
