Job Description: Responsibilities include pre-qualification of suppliers, creating bid packages and bid package service level agreements, coordinating complete supplier procurement cycles, interfacing with suppliers and accounts payable to confirm accurate payment terms and negotiating cost, services, and delivery schedule along with reporting cost/negotiation status to management.
Job Requirements: BS degree in Business Administration or related degree with a minimum of 1 year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supply Chain Management, MRO experience also required with bid package creation/execution and financial analysis and SAP procurement experience desired. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.
