Job Description:
Responsibilities will include coordination and support of various unified communication systems within the company. Systems will include: Instant Messaging, Video Conference, Web Conference, Telephone (desk/mobile devices), Network and Security. Candidate will be responsible for working with the team to design and support both standard and executive meeting rooms (layout, audio, video and simplified user interface controls) as well as optimization of participants viewing experience and supporting special events and projects utilizing integrated communication systems. Additional responsibilities will include the analyzing, defining and recommending communication strategies to enhance our current business processes.
Job Requirements:
BS degree in Telecommunications or Information Technology and a minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong understanding of Unified Communications: Instant Messaging, Video Conference, Web Conference, Telephone (desk/mobile devices), Network, and Security required and PMP certification preferred. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.
