Job Description:
In this position you will work on the development of brand, line-up and technology application strategies by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data from a wide range of sources. Guide product direction and devise tangible product targets through primary research, interpretation of consumer needs/wants, understanding of technology advances, and compiling, analyzing and modeling data using statistical software. Create new product concept proposals within the structure of product/technology strategies. Generate compelling concept/product proposal reports and directly present to Senior Executives and development teams on a regular basis. Overtime and travel as required by projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Product Development, Psychology, Research Analyst or related field. 2+ years related experience in product planning and/or product development as well as knowledge of the automotive industry. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills including PowerPoint, Excel capability and working knowledge of SPSS. Must have the ability to work creatively in a challenging environment and be willing to ascend new learning curves.
