Job Description: In this position you will work on the development of brand, line-up and technology application strategies by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data from a wide range of sources. Guide product direction and devise tangible product targets through primary research, interpretation of consumer needs/wants, understanding of technology advances, and compiling, analyzing and modeling data using statistical software. Create new product concept proposals within the structure of product/technology strategies. Generate compelling concept/product proposal reports and directly present to Senior Executives and development teams on a regular basis. Overtime and travel as required by projects.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Product Development or related field. 2+ years related experience in product planning and/or product development as well as knowledge of the automotive industry. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills including PowerPoint, Excel capability. Must have the ability to work creatively in a challenging environment and be willing to ascend new learning curves.
